1:43Now PlayingA Cobb County man who was wrongfully arrested on attempted kidnapping charges has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit, alleging misconduct by law enforcement and prosecutors.
The lawsuit names the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office, Acworth Police, and Caroline Miller—the woman who accused Mahendra “Mick” Patel of attempting to kidnap her toddler inside a Walmart.
