Starting at 3 p.m., anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older, after social media posts promoted a potential "takeover" event at the mall. The move comes days after a similar event at The Battery Atlanta ended with 18 arrests as of Friday.
And Cumberland Mall isn't the only place on alert. Cobb County police say another takeover is being planned for Six Flags on March 14.
