2:13Now PlayingFulton County Jail has unveiled a new drone aimed at stopping contraband drops from reaching inmates.
Sheriff Pat Labat says deputies spotted about 300 drones within the jail's perimeter over a six-month period last year, delivering everything from food and cigarettes to weapons and drugs. The new drone uses thermal imaging to track down the pilots behind the drops within a three-and-a-half-mile radius.
