2:46Now PlayingA $100 million peace institute honoring civil rights icon Ambassador Andrew Young is planned for Atlanta's Vine City neighborhood, near Martin Luther King Jr.'s home and several historically Black colleges.
The Andrew Young International Institute for Peace and Reconciliation would include classrooms, galleries and archives featuring more than 3,000 artifacts from Young's life and legacy. Delta Air Lines has already committed $5 million to the project, with construction expected to wrap up in 2029.
