Three real estate firms are competing to advise the city on the Lawn on Main project, with ideas ranging from a hotel and amphitheater to a splash pad, farmers market and vendor space. "This site is one of the biggest catalytic projects that can happen to this city," said Mayor Jelani Linder.
The mayor and city council will decide which firm gets the contract.
