Devin Anthony, 26, faces charges of malice murder, feticide and aggravated assault with intent to murder. Court records show Anthony previously took a plea deal in a 2021 murder case, was sentenced to 11 months in prison and 19 years on probation, and had his probation revoked earlier this year.
Her family says she was due to give birth any day and had just hosted her baby shower on Sunday.
