Jorge Luis Delgado-Bermudez, wanted in Fulton County on drug charges including methamphetamine and cocaine offenses, allegedly forced his car into a concrete barrier during the apprehension attempt, pushing its rear end onto the officer's hood.
Delgado-Bermudez attempted to flee on foot but was taken into custody. He is also facing federal charges tied to his alleged connections to a larger criminal organization. The officer was not injured.
