Join me LIVE to discuss the case of LINDSAY SHIVER, a 36 year old former college cheerleader and pageant queen, Georgia mother of 3, who is being held in the Bahamas accused of plotting with her lover and a would-be hitman to get rid of her estranged husband, Robert Shiver, 38, after a July 16, 2023 caught-on -bodycam argument in which Lindsay complains to police that Robert told her she is not welcome to join him and their kids on their private jet to the Bahamas. Robert tells police that is because she is going on a planned "couple's vacation" with her boyfriend, 28 year old Bahamian bartender Terrence Adrian Bethel. Robert had discovered their affair in February 2023, and filed for divorce in April. After being arrested in the Bahamas on July 28, 2023 Lindsay admitted to sending "What's App" messages to her bartender lover and his childhood friend, 29 year old aspiring rapper Farron Newbold, that said "K*LL HIM" with a picture of Robert that same day... but claims it was only a joke. Lindsay and Robert were still cohabitating in their 8,000 sf mansion in Thomasville, GA, despite the ongoing contentious divorce and custody battle. Oh, and the plot was only accidentally discovered by Bahamian cops while they were investigating her bf as the suspect of a break-in at the bar where he worked, and stumbled upon the messages on his phone. You just can't make this up, kids.

Lindsay is being held in the Bahamas on $100,000 cash bail until her indictment on October 5, 2023.
