as posted by the channelI am so outraged by a report that surfaced yesterday regarding the alleged DV incident on 9/11/23 in a NYC hotel room in which 23 year old Houston Rockets NBA star Kevin Porter, Jr allegedly brutally assault*d his 26 year old former WNBA player girlfriend Kysre Gondrezick so badly that he broke her neck - that I need you to come discuss it with me. Under New York bail laws, he was released on $75,000 cash bail the next day. Porter, Jr. recently signed a $63.4 million contract with the Rockets in 2022. NBA commissioner ADAM SILVER says , "When we are not in season, there is a little bit more of an opportunity to absorb what's happening, BEFORE WE ACT. I think if it were a case where we were in the middle of the season, we may be compelled to do something faster...One thing I have learned...over many years of working on these cases, is not to assume anything here...and to not just rely on headline, but to try to truly understand what is happening here..." WTAF????
Perhaps the NBA should consider a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY??
