Paul Gallagher- Canton PD and the evidence collection nightmare, including use of a leaf blower to blow away the snow, red solo cups (provided by across-the-street neighbor Tom Kelleher, also of Canton PD) to collect blood evidence, which were then placed in Stop & Shop brown bag, worthless crime scene tape, a tent from his trunk, and the tail light which shattered upon removal by Wanless in the Canton PD sallyport??
It was also revealed that Det. Sgt. Gallagher was NEVER interviewed regarding the incident of 1/29/22 until 4/3/24 when he met with ADA Adam Lally & TULLY. Admits the location of Officer JO's body was never marked, and in over 30 years of service he has never processed a crime scene in the snow!!
