The madness continues as Massachusetts journalist Aidan Kearney aka "Turtleboy" continues to be prosecuted under the MA "witness intimidation" statute for alleged intimidation of witnesses (and their family members) in the polarizing MA v KAREN READ trials. Karen Read was acquitted after her second trial in June of 2025 on charges that she m*rdered her then boyfriend, Boston Police Officer John O'Keefe in a hit and run motor vehicle accident, and claims O'Keefe was beaten to death and left to die in the snow on the lawn of another Boston police officer after she dropped him off there at a house party.
