The hearing was supposed to continue on August 5, 2025, and additional witnesses were set to include Former Trooper Michael Proctor, Lt. Brian Tully, ADA Jennifer Hickman and 2 officers from Milton PD. That second hearing never happened. Will Krupp allow it?

Summary:

Sarah Grace Patrick, 15 at the time of the alleged crimes, stands charged with the m*rders of her mother, Kristin Brock, 41, & stepfather, James Brock, 45, on February 20, 2025 in their Carrolton, Georgia home, by multiple gunshots. Sarah was not arrested until July of 2025, and the evidence against her has not been revealed. It is alleged that Sarah reached out to TikTok content creators to help find the real perpetrator, and to help the story gain traction. The State seems to believe that shows consciousness of guilt. Sarah's Motion for Bond was denied after a hearing, and she remains held without bail, in solitary confinement, pending her trial, which is scheduled to start 1/5/26 before Judge Dustin Hightower in Carrolton County, GA. Sarah is represented by Public Defender LaToya Williams. Is there really a "mountain of evidence" as the Sheriff's Director of Communications claims, or is Sarah Grace Patrick indeed innocent, as she claims? Were any other suspects even investigated? Sarah's father claims her brother was a witness to a friend of the couple pulling a g*n on them less than a week before the m8rders! One thing is for certain, there is a lot more to this story! LaToya Williams was previously her public defender, however, she left the PD's office, a new attorney has been appointed, and he is asking to delay the 8/3/26 trial date. Catch up on the case here

SUMMARY:

Clancy, 35 is accused of k*lling her three children ( aged 5, 3 & 8 months) on 1/24/23, with exercise bands, after her husband went to pick up takeout, and became a paraplegic after jumping out of a second-story window at her Duxbury home. Her attorney has argued that she was overmedicated and had undiagnosed postpartum depression. Clancy has been under the custody of the Department of Mental Health since at least May 2023, and is being held at Tewksbury Hospital. Trial is scheduled to start in July of 2026. She has pleaded not guilty to three counts each of m*rder and strangulation or suffocation.

Clancy’s attorney, Kevin J. Reddington, has indicated that the defense will assert a “lack of criminal responsibility,” commonly known as the insanity defense.
