as posted by the channelWith a felony DWI case pending in Travis County for operating a vehicle with the couple's child inside, Jennifer Zapalac again had her daughter with her on Sept. 30, 2015 when she crashed her car into a tree and fence. Her daughter died from the wreck. Because of a plea deal, Zapalac was sentenced to 10 years probation with no jail time.
