There’s about to be one more weekday lunch option in South Austin, one where you can get some of the best beer in town.  St. Elmo Brewing and its on-site pan-Asian food truck, Soursop, are opening for lunch every Tuesday-Thursday starting Sept. 4. The brewery will adjust its midweek hours to open at noon. Soursop will have specials, like the Hot Gai Thai-style Hot Chicken Sandwich.
