Caren Harvey and Faith Adams are relatives of Cates and have concerns about how the facility handled the situation and feel as though their loved one should not have died when he did. The Texas Health and Human Services recently released data showing that 69 residents at the Trinity Care Center were diagnosed with COVID-19 and 15 of them died.
