YouTube Description
as posted by the channelTracy Page was 15 when Raul Meza sexually assaulted and strangled her 8-year-old sister, Kendra Page, at a Southeast Austin school playground in 1982.
She watched her father, Don Page, fight against Meza's release from prison when he came up for parole. After her father died, she took up an unsuccessful fight urging authorities to return Meza to prison.
Meza was arrested in May 2023 and charged with capital murder in the death of Jesse Fraga, an 80-year-old retired probation officer from Pflugerville who had befriended him.
He also was charged last week with murder in the slaying of 66-year-old Gloria Lofton in 2019 in East Austin. Police say Meza is a serial killer and are investigating whether he might be involved in 10 other cold cases in Austin and San Antonio.
