During testimony, Gordon noted that law enforcement missed key deadlines in seeking an opinion from the office concerning investigative records requested by Nate Paul.
This led to a presumption that the records were public. Gordon said that Paxton discussed Nate Paul's request with his staff, but Gordon said that he didn't feel "pressured" to release the information, he said.
