In closing arguments in the Kaitlin Armstrong's trial, the defense maintained certain pieces of evidence were not tested by police, including the metal mainframe of Mo Wilson's bike.

Defense attorney Rick Cofer said during his closing argument that people usually picked up bikes by grabbing the metal mainframe and not grabbing the handlebars and seat where police did obtain DNA evidence.
