As the death toll increases for the tragic Texas flooding, volunteers gathered south of Kerrville for search and rescue operations, hoping to aid in finding survivors and remains.

“I've got two babies at home," volunteer Jessika James said. "You know, they're home safe, and there's people out there that they're missing their children or their family members. I feel like it's the least I could do to help. It's what I would want if my kids were missing.”
