Nationwide's Bob Langley meets a young, working-class, Belfast man, who is shaking up the rarefied world of professional snooker. At just 22 years of age, Alex "Hurricane" Higgins is arguably the most exciting snooker player in the world, with a relentless attacking approach to the game coupled with breakneck speed. Despite his youth and relative inexperience, Higgins is focused on qualifying for - and winning - the upcoming World Snooker Championship.
Bob visits Alex at a snooker club near his adopted home in Accrington, where "Hurricane" plays some trick shots and discusses how he first got into the sport.
