Panorama's Robin Day reports from the Lancashire town of Burnley, historically one of the great cotton mill towns of the North West. Now, as the cotton mills are closing down, the workers of Burnley are having to find work in other, more modern industries - like manufacturing colour television sets at the Mullard factory in nearby Simonstone.
Day chats to workers at the Mullard factory, local bus drivers and some of Burnley's business leaders about their hopes for the forthcoming budget.
