UK prosecutors are deciding whether to drop a case against a couple who removed their seriously ill son from a hospital in the south of England. Brett and Naghemeh King say they took five-year-old Ashya, who has a brain tumour, to Spain because they wanted to sell their holiday home to fund cancer treatment that the NHS would not provide.
