Students angry that former TV Apprentice contestant Katie Hopkins was speaking at a Brunel University debate have walked out in protest. The Mail Online columnist was speaking at a debate about the future of welfare when the walkout occurred. Ali Milani, president of the Union of Brunel Students, said that Hopkins has expressed views that "our students find offensive". Hopkins later responded by saying she was used to students "trying to discredit me with labels".
