2:34Now PlayingDoctors in Sheffield (UK) say patients with multiple sclerosis are showing "remarkable" improvements after receiving a treatment usually used in cancer. They were given bone marrow transplants using their own stem cells to "reset" or "reboot" their faulty immune system. Some patients have been able to walk again after being paralysed. MS affects around 100,000 people in the UK, most of them diagnosed in their 20s and 30s.
