8:34Now PlayingRussia has officially confirmed it won't be extending the Black Sea grain export deal, following an attack on Kerch bridge which links the occupied Crimean peninsula with Russia.
The deal, brokered by the UN and Turkey last July, was due to expire today (Monday 17 July).
