The World Health Organization (WHO) said on X that 34 children and three adults, along with 39 companions, crossed out of Gaza to receive treatment in Egypt.
The key gateway between Gaza and Egypt had been closed since Israeli forces took control of the Gaza side in May last year.
It has reopened as part of a ceasefire and hostage deal between Hamas and Israel.
