Ukraine’s President Zelensky has arrived in Turkey and said he is ready for the planned talks. But he’s accused Vladimir Putin of not being serious about the process, after Russia made clear that the Russian president would not be travelling to Turkey for the negotiations.
Meanwhile President Trump’s Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said he does not have high expectations of the peace talks, reiterating that there would be no progress until the two leaders held direct talks.
