1:53Now PlayingVideo footage has emerged which shows Israeli security forces shooting dead two Palestinians after they had surrendered to Israeli forces in Jenin in the occupied the West Bank.
The two men are seen leaving a building and surrendering, before being ordered back inside and shot dead at point blank range.
The Palestinian authorities have described the killings as a “summary execution”. The Israelis said the two Palestinians were wanted men and they have announced military and police investigations into the shootings.
