Series advising people with excessive lifestyles on how to become healthier and avoid serious illness. Now clinically obese, Jason's lifestyle has left him unfit, unhappy and unable to be the father and partner Fiona longs for him to be. At his own living autopsy he is horrified to see the damage he is doing to his heart, liver and massively overworked muscular skeletal system. At last it sinks in that unless he takes drastic action his fears that he may not live to see his 30th birthday, and that his son may grow up without a father, could well be realised.
