You may not recognise Matthew Streeton's face. His voice, however, will be very familiar to many.
For commuters across London and the South East, Matthew's words of "see it, say it, sorted" and "please stand back behind the yellow line" can be heard echoing through busy station concourses daily.
His voice has been heard across Thameslink, Southern and Great Northern services since 2011.
Matthew says that to begin with it was weird to hear his own voice, but he is now so used to it he can tune out from hearing himself while travelling around London.
