Owen Glass, a 10-year-old from the remote island of Tristan da Cunha, is believed to be the youngest to give an official speech in the House of Commons.
The schoolboy spoke at the UK Youth Parliament's annual debate in the House of Commons on Friday, telling Members of Youth Parliament about the benefits and challenges of living in a remote community and his hopes of becoming an engineer.
