YC: I think they're a bit trapped in the past to be honest., I think they're still fighting battles from 2004 and 2005...settle old scores from the Labour party history
3) On running a deficit before the crash
LK: It was wrong - just to be clear?...
YC: ...I'm saying ideally you would have had it in surplus, so yes it should have been in surplus by that time...
