On Tuesday the government revealed that the decision to authorise the drone strike was made "some months ago" after legal advice by the Attorney General advice that we are not allowed to see. Downing Street has refused to confirm or deny there was a "kill list", and the Defence Secretary indicated more drone strikes could be launched within weeks. So was the action against Reyaad Khan and Junaid Hussein legal or not?
