5:41Now PlayingThe leading Chinese artist, political activist and democracy campaigner Ai Weiwei has in the course of his career been detained - or as he himself puts it, disappeared - for 81 days, held under house arrest and constant surveillance by the Beijing authorities. He is most famous here for creating the 2010 Installation at the Tate's Turbine Hall, of 100 million sunflower seeds. He never got to see that, but now he has a passport and is in London for the first time for a major show at the Royal Academy of twenty years of his work - but only after Theresa May overturned a UK decision not to give him a visa. He along with fellow artist Anish Kapoor today created a Walk of Compassion for Refugees. Kirsty Wark went to talk to them both.
