John Sweeney spent the day in Birmingham. His report is followed by a discussion with Julie Hambleton, whose sister Maxine was among the 21 victims in the bombings, former Met Police Commander, Bob Milton and Sean O'Callaghan, a Provisional IRA member turned informant.
