Newsnight has learned the funding gap for the Garden Bridge project is £22m more than previously thought. The plan is for the bridge to run between Temple Underground Station and the South Bank, and for it to be covered in trees and shrubs. Evan Davis asked Lord Davies, Chairman of the Garden Bridge Trust, to explain exactly what the funding situation is.

Newsnight is the BBC's flagship news and current affairs TV programme - with analysis, debate, exclusives, and robust interviews.
