President Putin has always insisted that the two men wanted in the UK for the attempted murder of Sergei Skripal, were just ordinary civilians on holiday. Yet according to Russian investigative journalist 'Bellingcat', one of the suspects is not a fitness instructor he claimed to be, but Colonel Anatoliy Chepiga -- a highly decorated Russian Military Intelligence Officer.
