The report of the first phase of the Grenfell Tower fire reveals how the fire began, spread and became a disaster. The report concludes that "many more lives" could have been saved on the night of 14 June 2017, if the advice to residents to "stay put" had been abandoned earlier than 02:35BST.
The Grenfell United group said it was "heartbreaking" to read, and some relatives want senior staff prosecuted.
The LFB said it was "disappointed" by some of the criticism of individuals.
The fire, which destroyed the Grenfell Tower in West London, was one of the UK's worst modern disasters.
