For decades a company called Vapo has harvested peat on an industrial scale.

Peat - decayed vegetation which is then dried - is burnt like a fossil fuel.

As a power source it's dirtier than coal and, after it's been harvested, drained peat-lands continue to emit greenhouse gasses.

So, is Finland doing enough to ensure they achieve carbon neutrality in just 15 years time?
