"Water demand of AI data centres could be equivalent to the basic needs of 1.3 billion people by 2030," Global Witness’s head of investigations Patrick Galey has told the BBC's Politics Live.

Presenter Vicki Young was also joined in the studio by Labour MP Lola McEvoy and Green MP Siân Berry.
