as posted by the channelDonald Trump and his legal team flew into Florida in advance of Hurricane Ian to avoid being deposed in a class action brought against him and his adult children for allegedly engaging in a multi-level marketing scam. Trump demanded the deposition take place during the Hurricane he would not agree to be deposed later. The Plaintiff’s lawyer wrote a letter to the federal judge explaining how dangerous and perplexing Trump’s request was and the judge granted a 30-day extension to take the deposition.
