as posted by the channel

A federal judge just declared in a new late night order that  has ruled that at the upcoming  punitive damages trial against Trump for having defamed E Jean Carroll while he was president, “Mr Trump”  and his attorneys will NOT be able to drag the victim through the mud to prove that he never sexually assaulted her and retry the case he lost  in May. Instead, Michael Popok of Legal AF explains that Federal Judge Kaplan found that the issue of exactly how Trump assaulted the plaintiff in a department store dressing room in 1996 is irrelevant because both the judge and jury found that he did sexually assault her, leaving the new jury free to award substantial tens of millions of dollars of damages against Trump.
