The NY prosecutors against Trump may have just solved the “empty chair” of the jury not hearing from Trump’s felon of a former chief financial officer Alan Weisselberg. Michael Popok reports on the prosecutors asking the judge to let them explain to the jury that Trump was so afraid of Weisselberg testifying against him at trial and getting him convicted that he had the CFO sign an agreement that he would forfeit over $2 million in severance payments if he testified.
