To shut down Trump's appeal, the Judge first certified an entire class of people subject to the fake war "Proclamation" from Saturday, and then expanded his injunction to block every person in the class from being deported while the judge considers the issue over the next week of briefing and a new hearing next Friday. Michael Popok explains how this use of a "class action" instead of a "nationwide injunction" is so genius, as is the rapid briefing schedule set to avoid any higher appellate court or the Supreme Court interfering with the injunction for now.
