Judge Boardman in Maryland certified a class of “all current and future persons” who would be denied citizenship under Trump’s order and issued a preliminary injunction to stop enforcement of the illegal executive order. Michael Popok picks up two odd facts: Trump hasn’t appealed ANY of the injunctions to the Supremes AND they are arguing the “not yet born” have no rights to be heard in Court (the exact opposite of their position and taking away a woman’s right to choose).
