ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 6, 2025 ರಂದು, ಪೀಪಲ್ ಫಾರ್ ದಿ ಎಥಿಕಲ್ ಟ್ರೀಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಆನಿಮಲ್ಸ್ (PETA) ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಮಿಷನರ್ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ವಲಯದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವು AWBI ಅನುಮತಿಗಳು, PCA ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳ ಕ್ರೌರ್ಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಕಾನೂನನ್ನು ಕರುಣೆಯಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

On 6th August 2025, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India held a workshop for West Zone officers at the Office of the Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru City. The session covered AWBI permissions, key provisions of the PCA Act, and procedures for handling animal cruelty cases. Bengaluru Police stands committed to enforcing the law with compassion.
