The Electronic City Police have arrested two foreign nationals for selling prohibited drugs, including MDMA crystals and cocaine, during a targeted operation. The team seized 490 grams of MDMA (crystal form), 43 grams of cocaine, one weighing machine, one mobile phone, and a two-wheeler, all valued at ₹2.15 lakh.

2. ₹5.3 L Gold Fraud Busted
Hulimavu Police have arrested a person who cheated people by falsely claiming to perform rituals and retrieve hidden treasures. The accused deceived victims by promising spiritual rituals to uncover buried gold and later escaped with their ornaments. A total of 485.4 grams of gold ornaments worth ₹5.3 lakh were recovered from his possession. Investigation revealed his involvement in similar cases registered at Hulimavu, Bhadrahinalli, and One at Ballari Police Stations.

3. ‘Digital Arrest’ Scam Busted
HSR Layout Police have arrested 16 individuals for operating a fake call center under the name Cybits Solutions Pvt. Ltd., defrauding U.S. citizens through a “Digital Arrest” scam. The accused impersonated U.S. law enforcement agencies, threatening victims with fake charges under the Narcotics Control Act and money laundering, extorting money online.
During the raid, police seized 41 computer systems, 25 mobile phones, networking equipment, and fake police IDs used in the operation. The accused hail from Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, and Gujarat.
