ಬಾಗಲೂರು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಶೋಕನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣಾ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಸಿಬಿ ಯ ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತು ನಿಗ್ರಹ ದಳ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೂವರು ಮಾದಕ ದ್ರವ್ಯ ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದೇಶಿ ನಾಗರಿಕರೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಈ ಮೂವರು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳಿಂದ ಒಟ್ಟು 1 ಕೆ.ಜಿ 120 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಎಂಡಿಎಂಎ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ಟಲ್ ಹಾಗೂ 2 ಕೆ.ಜಿ ಹೈಡ್ರೋ ಗಾಂಜಾವನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದರ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಸುಮಾರು ₹4.20 ಕೋಟಿ ಎಂದು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಾದಕ ದ್ರವ್ಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನುಮಾನಾಸ್ಪದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಎಚ್ಚರ ವಹಿಸಿ, ತಕ್ಷಣ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಲಾಗಿದೆ

In the limits of Bagalur Police Station and Ashoknagar Police Station, during an operation conducted by the City Crime Branch Anti-Narcotics Wing, three drug peddlers — including two foreign nationals — were arrested. A total of 1 kg 120 g of MDMA crystals and 2 kg of hydro ganja, valued at ₹4.20 crore, were seized. Public is advised to stay alert and report any suspicious drug-related activities to the police.
