as posted by the channelಹುಳಿಮಾವು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮ್ಯೂಲ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದು ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ವಂಚನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ 12 ಜನರನ್ನು ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಬಂಧಿತರಿಂದ ಪೊಲೀಸರು 58 ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ಗಳು, 7 ಲ್ಯಾಪ್ಟಾಪ್ಗಳು, 9 ಗಡಿಯಾರಗಳು, 531 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಆಭರಣಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ₹4.89 ಲಕ್ಷ ನಗದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ₹1 ಕೋಟಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಸ್ವತ್ತನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ವಹಿಸಿ, ಅಪರಿಚಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿ ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
In the limits of Hulimavu Police Station, a special operation led to the arrest of 12 individuals involved in cheating by illegally opening mule bank accounts in the names of unsuspecting citizens. Police seized 58 mobile phones, 7 laptops, 9 watches, 531 grams of gold ornaments, and ₹4.89 lakh in cash, with the total seized property valued at ₹1 crore. Citizens are urged to stay vigilant and never share personal or banking details with unknown persons.
