The Third Edition of the Karnataka State Police Run!!

ಇಂದು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ರನ್‌ನ ಮೂರನೇ ಆವೃತ್ತಿಯು, ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ (ಎಸ್‌ಬಿಐ) ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಜರುಗಿತು.'ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಫಿಟ್‌ನೆಸ್' (Fitness for All) ಘೋಷವಾಕ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ 5 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ಮತ್ತು 10 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ಓಟವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದು ಮಾದಕವ್ಯಸನ ಮುಕ್ತ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿತ್ತು.

ವಿಧಾನ ಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಜಿ. ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ್ ಅವರು ಈ ಓಟಕ್ಕೆ ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಜಿ&ಐಜಿಪಿ ಡಾ. ಎಂ.ಎ. ಸಲೀಂ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ನಗರ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಸೀಮಾಂತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಕಬ್ಬನ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವ ಈ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ 60,000ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಓಟಗಾರರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ, ಎಸ್‌ಬಿಐ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಓಟಗಾರರು, ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸೇರಿದ್ದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದವರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಪದಕಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದು ಫಿಟ್‌ನೆಸ್‌ಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭವಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದವರಿಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು!

Today, the Third Edition of the Karnataka State Police Run, in collaboration with State Bank of India, successfully hosted a 5km & 10km run with the theme 'Fitness for All', promoting a drug-free Karnataka. The event was flagged off at Vidhana Soudha by Hon'ble Home Minister Dr. G. Parameshwara, in the presence of DG&IGP Dr. MA. Saleem, Bengaluru Police Commissioner Seemant Kumar Singh, and other senior officers. The run, which passed through Cubbon Park, witnessed participation from over 60,000+ runners, including police personnel, SBI, professional runners, senior citizens, and children. At the culmination of the event, medals and prizes were distributed to the participants and winners, celebrating their commitment to fitness and a healthier society.
